So, who are we anyways?

Here you can get a little glimpse into our lives, who we are and where we've been.

Kamilla Ingibergsdóttir, 27, Iceland
I have a bachelor’s degree in anthropology and mass communication theory and a diploma in journalism from the University of Iceland and the Danish School of Journalism. Throughout my university years I was involved in student politics and secretly read chick-lit novels on the side. Before I started the Kaospilots I worked as a managing director for the second largest Red Cross branch in Iceland where I did my best to save the world, one person at a time. I decided to go to school again because I felt I was traveling at the speed of light towards a place of routine and that scared me.
As a Kaospilot I’ve worked on various projects such as a youth integration project for the Icelandic Red Cross, a marketing project for BookHouse Publishing in Sweden and as a process consultant on goal setting and internal organization for a group of user’s of the Icelandic mental health system.

According to the people in my group I’m an organized and stylish comedian.

Malou Adler, 23, Sweden
I studied drama for three years on a college level. When I graduated I worked in a kindergarten where children, age 4-6, who were not born in Sweden were taught Swedish. After that I needed to see the world so I went to Australia and worked in an antique furniture shop. When I returned home I took fashion studies at Fashion College in Malmö, Sweden. For the last six summers I’ve worked as a group leader at a summer camp for underprivileged children.
As a Kaospilot I’ve worked on various projects such as a marketing and branding project for Synnøve Finden, the second largest dairy company in Norway, leadership project for UVA Unstoppable, an NGO in India and an idea development process for Stiftelsen Malmø Sommargaardar.

According to the people in my group I’m a funky energizer fashionista.

Elisabeth N. Offernes, 29 years, Norway
Before starting the Kaospilots I finished a bachelor degree in programming and philosophy at The University of Oslo, Norway. Earlier I completed a course in DTP (Desk Top Publishing and basic typography). I have also been working as a cafe manager for a youth cafe focusing on building a safe and strong environment for teenagers.

Through out my first year at the Kasopilots I participated in 3 larger projects.
- Idea development for Synnøve Finden, a dairy company in Norway.
- Marketing and branding project for The Kofoed school in Copenhagen, Denmark.
- Network building process for YES Colombia Network in Bogota, Colombia.

According to the people in my group I’m a reflective and enthusiastic computer geek.

Peter Liljeros, 25, Sweden
Before the Kaospilots I studied psychology at Stockholm University and
Spanish studies in Barcelona. I also worked as a store manager and event planner for Stockholm City Mission and a producer and stage designer for a theatre-company based in Stockholm (Teater Scenario).
I went traveling around Southeast Asia and Europe.

During the Kaospilots I’ve been working on various projects such as a marketing project for BookHouse Publishing in Stockholm. A youth integration project for Red Cross Iceland and as a process consultant for The Swedish National Theatre with strategy and identity.

According to the people in my group I’m a word-pooper addicted to the spotlight.

Kathrine O. Rasmussen, 25, Denmark
I’m educated as a dramaturg from the University of Århus and I have a diploma from the Danish school of Journalism. I ran around and enjoyed the charismatic theater world. I worked as a dramaturg, but also with press in between projects and work. I traveled around the world to get new input and insights.

I have worked on various projects at the Kaospilots. My over all perspective for all the projects has been to create a change. But how do you actually do that and what channels do you have? I have worked with marketing, projects and process consultancy as my channels.
I have made a marketing and branding project for Movie City Århus. Been in charge of public relation for Smagens Dag. (A project trying to make the Danes eat better food) and Share your heart (A project during the crisis of the Mohamed drawings, trying to let people tell what is their heart for the world).
As a process consultant I have worked for the Academy For Untamed Creativity and Copenhagen Carnival. Both times helping them find their vision for the future and how to carry it out.
My darling is MojnHabibi. It is a project that turned out to be a book about positive meetings in Denmark across nationalities and cultures. Here I was a part of all elements in the project.

According to the people in my group I’m an engaging hippie-commune clown.
